It definitely is...

Sorry to disappoint all you who have the scout position but I'm not sure I want to enter passwords. I entered a PotaPass player password yesterday and it took over an hour. It was a pain in the butt! I'm sorry again to disappoint you guys.

The new job for scouts will be to scout incoming rookies and players in the draft class.

Sorry guys.

Aw man. I was looking forward to you using my players. That's alright I guess though. I totally understand. I haven't entered a password yet and they look painful!

If you keep trying it is better. Just today for my greats team I entered 5 guys in less than half an hour, No joke.

No series previews for the upcoming 3 series's if that's alright.

Game 1
Sapporo Bears: 5 (8-8)
@
Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks: 6 (10-6)

W: Kim 1-0
L: Gates 0-4
S: Falkenborg (4)
HR: Hosokawa (2), Kokubo (2),

Game 2
Sapporo Bears: 1 (8-9)
@
Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks: 6 (11-6)

W: Penny 2-0
L: Redd 1-1
HR: Pena (4),

Game 3
Sapporo Bears: 1 (8-10)
@
Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks: 3 (12-6)

W: Hoashi 3-0
L: Park 1-1
S: Falkenborg (5)

After the game I gathered the team together and we went and got some wasabi or something, whatever Japanese people like, to get the team bonding after the sweep we took to the Hawks.

Game 1
Sapporo Bears: 4 (9-10)
@
Rakuten Golden Eagles: 1 (9-10)

W: Hura 1-0
L: Tanaka 3-1
S: Harnish (4)
HR: Kitoaji (4),

Game 2
Sapporo Bears: 7 (10-10)
@
Rakuten Golden Eagles: 2 (9-11)

W: Iwase 1-2
L: Shiomi 1-2
HR: Dan (4), Ieyasu (2),

Game 3
Sapporo Bears: 8 (11-10)
@
Rakuten Golden Eagles: 3 (9-12)

W: Maeda 4-0
L: Shimoyanagi 1-3

Apparently that wasabi worked! I am incredibly happy we beat Tanaka and Maeda is on a tear. That's the series in review.

Game 1
Sapporo Bears: 1 (11-11)
@
Kyoto Nintendo Whalers: 2 (11-11)

W: Kakuta 1-0
L: Redd 1-2
S: Tejada (6)
HR: Case (2),

Game 2
Sapporo Bears: 3 (11-12)
@
Kyoto Nintendo Whalers: 6 (12-11)

W: Ishijima 2-1
L: Park 1-2
S: Tejada (7)
HR: Nagano (3),

Game 3
Sapporo Bears: 5 (12-12)
@
Kyoto Nintendo Whalers: 1 (12-12)

W: Hura 2-0
L: Hamamoto 1-3
HR: Lockhart (3), Yamaguchi (6), Kitoaji (5),

Happy that we were able to avoid the sweep there as Hura pitched a gem. Apparently, Yamaguchi is starting to strike fear in our opponents' pitching, I hope he keeps it up!

I think I will finish April and do all of May with this update style, then when I get to June I'll do normal updates once again.

Not a great go-around for us but no too terrible. This is the middle of May. I'll finish Mau, then start the normal schedule again.

My uniforms designer and I decided to have a talk about adding a couple new uniforms to our team, number 1, Blackout Uniform:

For now, we decided that's enough but we're thinking about adding a brownout uniform in the near future.

Sapporo wins close game
Sapporo debuted their blackout uniforms with style tonight getting an inter league victory over the Tokyo Yakult Swallows. In the second, Ryosei Dan clobbered a 2-R HR, his eighth of the year, to make it 2-0 Sapporo. Sora Maeda had a gem going until he was fatigued and brought out in the sixth with a 3-0 lead. Titus Whitberg would be the first reliever as he got out of a 1st and 3rd two out jam. In the seventh, Andy Gates came in and gave up an RBI single to Aikawa and another to Takuechi, a pinch-hitter, to make it 7-2. In the eighth, Gunderson ripped an RBI single to make it 8-2. Honda came in for the Bears in the bottom of the eighth, and gave up a bomb to Hatakeyama, his twelfth, to make it 8-3. Harnish came in for the Bears in the ninth, and shut it down for the victory 8-3.
