Oh my goodness. I think the smartass answer might be of help here.

In this game, there are turning points. Perhaps this ability means they excel during the turning point of a game.

It would explain why there are blue flames on some pitchers during these turning points.

This is my lefty closer for my realistic team. He turned out exactly how I wanted him. For abilities, he's got VS LH Batter 4, Dr. K, and Crossfire. I think there are more but I'm not sure. Those are the three I bought. For breaking balls, he's got, a 3 curveball and a 5 forkball.

That's actually the W/RISP 4 ability. Also, the bottom left one only applies to starters.

The abilities are RISP 4 (also known as Pinch 4 (As in a pitcher is in a pinch )), Dr.K, Guts +(abilities don't go down when starting and stamina starts getting low), and crossfire. Just double checking for ya

It's actually an ability making it so that when a pitcher is pitching a fastball to the opposite inside corner of a batter (Lefty pitching to righty or vice versa) the fastball appears faster than normal.
