I couldn't becuase I think I got something like an elbow bomb or something... When I visited my page I had a bomb by my hand.

Well I didn't want to practice the strength practice becuase that's when I got injured.

Ohhh, trust me, if you practice with full vitality and have an elbow bomb, nothing will happen

no, only if you get injured with it, then it is career ending

I find 140 km/h (~87 mph) to be the "magic number" that I strive for when creating players. In other words, a bit of top speed practice in Pennant and this guy has the potential to be a great pitcher.

My fastest pitcher throws 151, but that's not an amazing fastball. I would like to know how to make ace pitchers if somebody could tell me.

Why just 140? 87 MPH isn't very much
