Interesting fact! An infielder can have cannon arm! Miyamoto of the Swallows has this ability.

Couldn't infielders get Cannon Arm in the American games too?

Also, I'm just curious if there's an answer to this. Every Japanese player PPJ posts gets a couple replies/praises, yet most people never even comment on a player Rob makes. Is there a reason for this, or does it just happen that way?

Probably because Rob makes so many players, and they're all good, and also we're so in awe of the Japanese games.

I was kinda waiting for someone to say that. Not many people play PS2, but even less play PS3
