It slipped my mind today, but what are the Rank levels and the numbers that they correlate to? Like F=what numbers, E=what numbers, and so on?

B=13-12
C=10-11
D=8-9
E-6-7
F=4-5
G=1-3

I know S is 100 but not sure about the others.

A: 80-99
B: 70-79
C: 60-69
D: 50-59
E: 40-49
F: 30-39
G: 1-29
