Oh, I forgot to ask, what's his personality like?

Welp, I'm gonna have to make an assumption, I hope you like how he turns out!

I saw someone that peaked my interest, another Bryan, but, spelled differently, Brian Greenberg.
I decided I would call him.

It rang an astonishingly 6 times before he picked up.
"Hello? Who is this?" He said
"Hey, this is the GM of the Kyoto Knights, Jack Allen. I saw your resume online, you look like you would be a pretty good scout for us. Would you care to join us in our quest for world dominance?"
"Uh... Okay, sure, I'll join!"
"Awesome, I'll expect you in the office tomorrow, that good?"
"Sounds good. I'll see you then."
"Awesome, bye."
"Bye."

Excellent.
I called Mark in, and told him about it.
He was happy about it as well.

I'm looking forward to meeting this Brian tomorrow!

Brian: Gotta call him back.
Jack: What did ya need to know?
Brian: Um... the address.

Normally this doesn't happen, but that's okay, you're still learning

I headed on down to my office, chatted with my secretary (if'n you know what I mean ).
We had a nice conversation about the current state of our monetary values.

And then I went down to my office, and waited for Brian to show up.

I heard a knock on the door.
"Come in." I said
It was a lanky man, who I only assumed to be Brian.
"Brian Greenberg, I presume? I've been expected you." I said as I stroked my cat in my head.
"Uh, yeah, I'm Brian."
"Well, welcome to the team Brian! I would like to make it clear that you're only our interim scout. Once Preston comes back, if he comes back, he'll be re-assuming his position as the Lead Scout for us, since he has been doing so for 6 years now, you understand?"
"Of course, sir."
"Please, call me Jack."
"Fair enough, Jack."

Mark walked in.

"Uh... Sir, I've found someone... Uh, you know, he's pretty good. And, um, young."
"Well, who is he?"
"Here, come into my... uh... office."
I motioned for Brian to follow me, this would be a good learning experience for him, after all.

We walked down the hallway, and into Mark's office.

"Okay, so, um, I actually have two people. Um... Yeah."
"Alright, who are they?"
"Well... Um... First off is an outfielder/first baseman, Xiao Zenigata. Here are his... um... stats:

"He's amazing, Mark! But where would we fit him in?" I said
Brian watched along.
"Well, I had this, uh, crazy idea."
"And that is?"
"We could... Move Kurihara to third, and, um, put him at first. Kurihara's good at fielding and all, and, um, Fukuchi's struggling. So, yeah."
"You know. That's a pretty good idea, actually. I think that that may just work."
"Okay... So, should I put a mark on him for the draft?"
"Absolutely. Who's next?"
"A relief pitcher, and he's no slacker. His name is Naohiko Kikuchi. Think Makida, but better control, and a faster fastball."
"So, are you saying he's better than Makida?"
"Well... um... a little bit, yeah. B-but, he doesn't have the mindset to be a closer though, and he doesn't want to be anyways. Here are he stats:

Bio: He actually started for his team in the Koshien, and he lead them to victory. He closed out 2 games though, and did well in those instances as well.
Personality: Aloof

He strikes out a lot of people, and is really good against lefties. Also, he's eligible to sign right now as an unsigned free-agent of last season. I'm not sure how he went undrafted."

Should we pick up Kikuchi now? Or wait until the draft?

Also, as a sidenote, the Marines have just called up the Shiokawa brothers. Excellent.

Teruki Shiokawa - C
AGE, 2ND POSTION, B/T, TRJ, CON, POW, RUN, ARM, FLD, E RES

Bio: He exclusively caught for his twin brother in high school, but is also very proficient at playing 2nd, in a pinch. He can hit like no one's business, he's a good runner, and he has a cannon arm. His fielding though, is only average.
Personality: Seems to be happy all of the time

Kinya Shiokawa - SP
AGE, B/T, TOP SPD, CON, STAM, PITCHES
20, L/L, 155 km/h (96 mph), E, B, Slow curve - 2, SFF - 2
Bio: He has very good life on his fastball, but his breaking balls aren't the best in the world. When combined with his brother, their battery is incredible.
Personality: Seems to be happy all of the time

Preston got lost in the Bermuda Triangle. I've arranged Mark Priors biomic arm to get him. JK. It feels like he got lost in the Bermuda Triangle, though...

I miss PPJ...

I do too... He made the Stranglers log more exciting by being the agent for Howard and Paul. Too bad he's gone. But, hey, if we could telepathically get him to play MLB Power Pros again and see how awesome it is and remember us. That's how most people on hiatus come back.

Mac's trying to get him back through SimYard, I dunno how that's going though... Hopefully it'll work out

That's definitely promising. I wonder why he left anyway.
