Greisinger Throws Shutout!

Nagoya Dome, Nagoya, Chubu – Boy, yesterday’s game was a good one. Seth Greisinger throwing his first shutout with the Tigers, and Matt Murton hitting 2 homeruns (his 7th and 8th) along with 2 doubles, exciting is an understatement. In his press conference after the game Seth Greisinger stated “it was good game, I guess had had my stuff today, eh?”

Glad to see this log return with a win, even if it was against my Dragons

I was actually shocked that it turned out so well, I usually have a lot of trouble with the Dragons (Blanco in particular) but I won't contest the results.

I'm wondering how you managed to strike out Wada twice. He's a beast

Tell me about it. I don't think I've ever struck him out before...

Just a very late update about the Japan League...This past season Kazuhiro Wada was named MVP of the Central League, so it would be correct to say he is a beast.

Wada is awesome! He's an excellent hitter, and he can still hit for power.

Amazing.

Just letting you know that I finished work on two very good players, one a SS and the other a SP. The SS has C CON, and everything else B's, while the SP has C CTRL with a devastating slider-changeup combo. I'll PM you their stats as soon as I can!

Iwata Throws Shutout! Tigers Take First!

Yokohama Stadium, Yokohama – Wow. The Tigers have first place. The Tigers, who in the beginning of the season, were some 9 games out. The Tigers… HAVE FIRST PLACE! And by golly gosh, was this good game to take first place, or what? A close game throughout, but our Tigers prevailed. And continuing on the recent pitching dominance, Minoru Iwata throws a complete-game, 5 hit shutout. But that wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Toritani at short, making 2 incredible jumping catches to end the 4th, and to end the game (with 2 runners on).

And to add to Toritani’s excellence in this game, he got his 2,000th career hit, with a solo homerun in the top of the 9th.

Oh, and also after throwing 4 consecutive complete games, I'm going to turn the difficulty back to Powerful.

Just a question, but where do you get all this pictures? Are they all on Google?

Yep, Google's good, except it's hard to find pictures for players like Matt Murton, on the Tigers.
