That would be Karen, like AgentP said. I don't know how often she appears in the regular mode, but that's definitely her.

I don't believe there is, (although someone can correct me if I'm wrong) but it wouldn't matter. You can't speak Japanese so you can't do any arcs anyways.

2. Handedness is reversed, it's T/B, rather than B/T. Also, it's position, handedness, strength.
