Sign 'em both!

Baseball is unpredictable, you never know what's gonna happen. Injuries especially. These guys have great potential, and don't forget you can always trade one of them for pitching. Players like them need to be on the team.

I would have to say to sign them both as well.

Toritani's getting pretty old, so Robles will have some time as a starter pretty soon. And when there's aging, there are more injuries, so Toritani and the aforementioned Robles could switch off, or maybe something like that.

Your outfield is pretty good, and Murton is the only one I feel that replacing seems like possibly the right thing to do. Rzepko could definitely get some time out there, because of injuries and whatnot.

The bottom line is, they both have great potential, so I feel that once they hit their peak, they will be players you will not want to let go.

Wow, I shoulda posted earlier.
Two things:
1. Nice job, and glad you picked Hanshin. I actually have a Hanshin Tigers baseball cap. :D
2. I made a Success mode player named Takahito Arai, named after the player. No joke. It was before I was any good at making players though.
3. I could make a custom player for the team if you want. PM me if interested I guess.

I would say sign them both, if you can. I mean you have to get the cards right?

But regardless, I would say sign them both (as I have already said) they both have some serious talent, and some serious potential. Toritani is great in his own respect, maybe have Robles only play in Central Leauge games, as the DH. At least to start out. And have Rzepko play against righties, since he has trouble with lefties sometimes.

So yeah, hopefully it'll all work out in the end.

June 15, 2012

I called Preston and told him, in detail, about the news concerning Robles, and Rzepko.
"Wow, Jack, they both sound like awesome players." He said
"Yes, yes they do. But, where, and when, would they play?" I asked him
"Jack, baseball is unpredictable, you never know what's gonna happen. Injuries especially. These guys have great potential, and don't forget you can always trade one of them for pitching. Players like them need to be on the team."
"Well, I see you're thinking the same way as I am, thanks Preston."
"No problem, let me know what happens in the end."
"Alright, I will."
I hung up, and went onto the next person I had to call, Ryan.

I called him, and all it did was ring. And ring. And ring. And ring. Until finally, his answering machine picked up.
"'Ello mate, you've reached Ryan Techer. Please leave ya name, number, and I'll get back to ya."
So, naturally, I left a message, talking about the two players.
Hopefully he'll get back to me soon.

So, next was Todd.
"Hello?" He said as he picked up
"Hey, Todd, it's Jack."
"Oh hey Jack, what do you need?"
And so I went into a detailed conversation about the two new players.
"So, what do you think, they any good?" I asked him
"Absolutely!" He responded
"But, where would they play?"
"I think that Toritani is great in his own respect, maybe have Robles only play in Central Leauge games, as the DH. At least to start out. And have Rzepko play against righties, since he has trouble with lefties sometimes."
"Alright, cool. Thanks Todd."
"Yep, hopefully this all works out."
"Yeah, hopefully."
I hung up, and made my final call, to Bryan, my hitting coach.

I called him right after.
"Hello?" He said
"Hey, it's Jack."
"Oh, hey Jack what can I do for ya?"
I went into a detailed description of Rzepko and Robles.
"Wow, they both sound pretty great, I would say sign them both."
"Yes, I plan on it! But where would they play?"
"I would say Robles will have some time as a starter pretty soon. And when there's aging, there are more injuries, so Toritani and the aforementioned Robles could switch off, or maybe something like that. The outfield is pretty good, and Murton is the only one I feel that replacing seems like possibly the right thing to do. Rzepko could definitely get some time out there, because of injuries and whatnot. The bottom line is, they both have great potential, so I feel that once they hit their peak, they will be players you will not want to let go."
"Yeah, I agree. thanks Bryan."
"No problem, bye."
"Bye."
He hung up, and I was to call Mark on my decision. But I still needed some more time to think...

No, he doesn't. We figured that out via PM, and also that the passwords aren't compatible. Which is a bummer.

Speaking of passwords, did you ever import the ones I made for you? Also, I made a new staring pitcher, wondering if you would like him too.

Happy brithday, btw! The best present I can give you is, well, Daft Punk! :D

Enjoy!

I haven't yet, since putting in passwords is wicked annoying in this game. But, I would love to see the new guy (I need pitching REALLY bad). Thank you very much.

Oh, and thanks!

How did you know?! Face to Face is my favorite Daft Punk song. Ever. :DD

Just thought I'd show this, because it kinda relates to the Tigers:

Tigers win in this high-scoring escapade

Image – Kiyoshi Toyoda

Fukuoka Yahoo! Japan Dome, Fukuoka – With 19 runs scored in total, the
Tigers prove to be victorious in this latest thriller, with the final score being 11-8. And also, in the bottom of the third inning, the Tigers almost got a 5-4-3 triple play! One of the rarest feats in baseball!

Although not all the news coming out of this game was good news. It has been announced that catcher Kiyoshi Abe will be sitting out for a little while, due to his struggling at the plate (he hasn’t hit a homerun since early May!)
