To get abilities in My Life mode, you need to accomplish certain conditions, some, like walk-off htr, may be obvious, but others, like refined, may be more difficult to figure out. Here, we can list the different ways to get experience for abilities.

intimidator(h)-hit 2 homeruns

As i find more, ill edit this post, and hopefully, well get all the abilities down.

Back 2 Back (B2B) Hitter - self explanatory
Rally Hitter - get a hit when your team is behind
Base Running 4 - reach on a double on a close throw to second
Contact Hitter - get 3 or more hits in a game.
Push Hitter - get hits 2+ hits to the opposite field
Spray Hitter - get a hit on each side of the field

Is it impossible to get Gyroball, because theres no place for it in the abilities.

Anyone yet figure out how to boost Intimidator as a pitcher?

Has anybody learned Gold Glover or refined in this mode yet?

anyone knows how to get fastball life and spin?

I get them when I pitch good. For fastball life they shouldn't hit your fastball, and for spin they shouldn't hit the breaking ball.

Power Hitter- Hit 1 or more homeruns a gain. Takes a while to earn.

I was curious about this. I got 17 strikeouts and didn't receive any increase in Intimidator. So I'd also like to know how to get this in My Life.

Thanks. I guess I'll have to work on my stamina then to try to raise Intimidator. Too bad I've been scouted and it's a little tougher to shut out games.

That seems like it was pretty poorly thought out. Intimidators are usually closers.
