Had the same thing happen to me when I agreed to pay $1K per RBI, only to get duped into $10K per.

Riight...well gamestop just recieved shipment of MLBPP08 and I got it! I played a bit of life mode as well. There was this one event where the manager asks if you want to make a donation if you achieve something (a win, save, etc) I chose a win=10k. Later one of my team mates was like "Wow you're really generous giving away 100k if you make a win!" The manager said that he made a mistake and put an extra 0 down. The good news is I didn't have to pay. |

I found it funny that my character, who isn't that great, but not bad, made the opening day roster for the Mets, and then kicked Billy Wagner out of his closer job only to make my character the closer. |

the first 2 years he does the "typo" my third year i did holds for 5k per, and it didnt become the 50k for each |

You do pay at the end of the season. I was all shocked when my money went from 260K to 95K, and I didn't know how I lost so much money, and I remembered, that was it. |

And this happens right before the playoffs, so make sure you have enough money to pay up at the end of September. |

just be careful, I'm now -$200,000 because I said I'd give 10,000 per win. and I got 16 wins. Luckily I got a better contract, but still... |
