once u get old is there any way to try to stop losing ur abilities, ive went from 100 to 95 on my fastball already? |

Protein can help, it maintains your abilities when you begin to decline, but soon protein only help to kepp em there for a little bit. |

also my pitcher played 15 yrs {mostly simming} and got 4000 K's 350 wins, won pitcher of the year and triple crown 12 times and his number still wasnt retired? is there any way to get a number retired, because u know at the beggining the manager says if ur really good u could get ur number retired? |

I wouldn't know how number retiring works, you'd probably need to actually retire first...Just try it and don't save. |

As far as I know, you never get your number retired. It's just something the coach says, and forgets in 20 years ('cuz he's old!!) |
