Ok. My Life player, a OF named Eagle is on the Braves. I'm doing pretty well then all of a sudden, the coach makes me the every day 1B!!!! Has something like this ever happened to you?

Wait he made you the 1B? If so that's not uncommon.

Yea. My first or second year, as a SS, he made me play 1B. I mean, it's weird, cause I had no power, and I wasn't great at fielding, but once my fielding got up to C, became a fill in SS, and at B, I became the starter. Though the team still keeps getting SS. Right now, we have 3 Really great SS, like, Jeter, Furcal and a couple others, yet, no other good position players.

its has done stuff like that to me as well...moving a 1b designed for dh to playing cather.

in my carrer in mylife, i played for the angels at 1b for 7 years, moved to the cardinals and they made me play the outfield, and they didnt even have pujols or anyone good at 1b, which made absolutely no sense to me, ended up going back to the angels, and i'm still playing the outfield now, and i only have 1b as my position, no secondary positions, so, this is standard in the game i guess (also, jim edmonds is still playing, and its like 2028 now, and jim edmonds is like, 52 in the game, lol, (also also, jim edmonds and me were both born on june 27th )

my guy is the 1B and its my forth year now im suddenly the catcher

this is in season mode, but after pinch hitting sean casey for a pitcher, they brought in a pitcher again...
and took albert pujols out, putting casey in his place!
then they do it again with some guy whose name i can't even remember (and I know a LOT of players)

My brother is a catcher and played 1st for 4 years they moved him to catcher now utley plays 1st

It doesn't involve my player (I'm a SP), but my team (White Sox) keeps playing Rich Aurilia at DH while we have Mark Teixeira on the bench.

I saw a team (AL) playing Aramis Ramirez at 3rd, while Chipper Jones wasn't even DHing! (I even edited Jones to have 13 contact!)

The idiot managers in mylife do stupid stuff like this all the time. I hope they fix it in 09 (if it does come out in the states.)

My Life team has Lance Berkman, Derrek Lee, and Sean Casey as 1B. Also I'm the starting catcher and Joe Mauer is the backup. Not to mention we have Jack Wilson and Miguel Tejada at short. No wonder we're the best team in the majors.
