My run spd is hold on B, contact hold on D and seems can't be upgraded any more.

Is any way to break it?

It happens very randomly, and can only be unlocked by friends.

Also, look at this thread if you haven't already.

I have friends with 5 stars friendship and his contact greater than mine, how to trigger him to teach me about it?

Like I said, it happens very randomly, so you might have to get together with your friends for a hobby or a meal to trigger it, but honestly, I think it's a random thing.
