I was playing in My Life, and I just finished up a game. Then, I saw an image of my guy looking very strange, and the game said I'm injured. Okay... that's fine... However, the only thing I did in the game was hit a HR...I was a pinch hitter, came in, hit a HR, then went right back to the bench. How did I get injured?  This really should be fixed... |

He tripped. He swallowed a poisonous bug. He did both at the same time. He punched a wall (a la Kevin Brown 2004) |

swung too hard pulled a tendon, torn a ligment during his swing....take your pick |

But he sprinted around the basepaths before the ball went over the fence. Maybe he injured his hand when he high-fived the 3rd base coach.

There was an on-field brawl in the ninth inning, and he was injured in the fight. I don't know, random idea. He was in a car crash on his way home from the game. Assassination attempt!!!  He hit his head on the dugout roof. He decided to fake an injury.  He got infected while taking steroids
