Seriously, I pitched 2 complete game shutouts, allowing 4 hits over the two games and striking out 41, yes, 41, and they give the MVP to eckstein who hits .300 for the series with 1HR and 4RBI.

Do I have to win all 4 games?

I dont think it is possible for a pitcher to win WS MVP. I intentionally used a maxed out guy, including fielding,in easy mode like a month ago. I got 2 shutouts, 1 perfect. And in the NL field i hit HR in my all bats(4 of 4) cause my power was at 255. Yet, A-Rod got the award. I think WS MVP is not meant for pitchers, i think only for batters. By the way, I think this years WS MVP is Ryan Howard. Last night, 2 HR 5 RBI.

Assuming the Phillies win, which they probably will    . I don't think its possible, I've played the all-star game numerous times and never has the pitcher who started won MVP, let alone the post-season (I always win it 5/6 times, so I don't know).

All Star Game: The one who gets the save/win. If your the starting pitcher, its not possible, cause you need to go at least 5 innings to get the win.

No, I think he will get it whether the Phillies win or lose.

Well, if HE gets the lose tonight, no. Btu that's unlikely, he's been good all playoffs. An ND, maybe if he pitches agian (i think he can, not gonna bother with the math). But it's kinda an inwritten law, the MVP is on the winnign team, usually how it goes.

Oh, whoops. But same idea, he needs to do good tonight, and he'll be fine.

So we don't stray further off-topic, I'll show what I meant and then add something to the actual content of the thread.

The bolded was in My Life. When I go off-topic, I usually try to tie it back to the thread so its repsondible and stops us all from going off-track.
Anyway, I find that closers are able too but pitchers are not. I had my closer with B stamina pitch every game we won, twice for 5 innings in extra-innings. I considered switching over in the last game to started by asking the GM, but I kind of forgot about it haha.

(Off Topic)

in the 1960 world series (we all know that the Pirates won on Mazeroski's homer) Bobby Richardson of the Yankees won the MVP.

I think that was only time someone from the other team ever won it.
