I am the triple crown leader in my Life with my first baseman, I get voted into the allstar game and what do I see? My Mood is purple!!!!!

I still go 2 for 4 with 1 RBI but I should have done way better than that!

Love the game, hate the mood system!

Well, first-year in MLB life is always like that, tried with practicing motivation, but never get through anyway. In the all star game your mood is purple, regardless of pitcher or a fielder

The face icon does not represent a "mood" or mental state that can be fixed (that's only in Success Mode), but hot and cold streaks every player goes through in real life. The condition system has been around as long as the Power Pros series itself, so I don't expect it to change soon.

yes, actually, I like this condition system which gives you more fun when you need to think about wether you can use your power today or just try to get hits.....Otherwise, it will be always homeruns  ....

Oh, I don't know if it's my imagination or not.....When I have the best condition, sometimes I can get triples...but it never happen when I'm in worst condition....is the condition system affects your running speed and fielding and others? Or just your batting?

well, i think Consistency is a fielding ability, not a batting ability, so it should affect fielding (check?).

I don't know, that's hard to confirm. What's your sample size?

Nope. Consistency determines the effect good or bad condition has on the player. And as you know, condition affects hitting cursor size. So, like Durability, Consistency is neither a hitting or fielding ability, more like a preparation & fitness ability, if you can call it that.

And let's face it, hitting is where consistency counts most in baseball isn't it? What would be the point of having an ability that only makes you a consistent base runner / defender?

Condition affects every aspect of your game. It all declines some but of course it is most noticeable when batting because you have a cursor that grows or shrinks. Since you don't control fielding, you'll never notice a difference.

What would the condition affects most are the pitchers
their breaking goes lame, top speed decreased by 10 (or more), and it's easier to be home-runned

You can get away with blue or purple condition as a hitter if you're good enough. the worst that can happen is a few would be homeruns dying at the track. At least you can still keep your average up. You're just screwed as a pitcher.

yep, no other way to say it. I usually hit for average until I have my big hitters come up, and I just let them send my players home.

Having AI as your homerun hitter doesn't reassure me that much

Wait, I meant "them" as in my power hitters. I didn't mean the CPU, if that's what you thought I meant.
