Well, I made a pitcher in success mode and then brought him into my life mode. It seemed pretty easy at first. I was 13-2 at the all star break with the Toronto Blue Jays. My first appearance was as a releiver and then I was slotted into a starter role for my second shot on the mound, and never looked back.

After the all star break (I was the starter for the American league, Pitched 3IP 2H 0ER 4K) things got tougher. The run support which was negligable was almost non existant in the second half. Once I got to 19 wins it was like the game wanted me to lose, or at least not get the 20th win. Took me 6 games to get win #20, here;s how it went.
#1 L 0-1 CG 11K

#2 ND 0-0 9IP 7K (game ends L 3-6)

#3 L 0-2 11 2/3IP 17SO (this was the game that made me think the system wants me to lose because I have never pitched more than 10 innings before. I had a perfect 11 2/3IP gave up a single, the coach pulls me, and BJ Ryan gives up a 2 run homer. To boot I get a half bar of CHOKE ARTIST!!!!)

#4 ND 0-0 10IP 11K (game ends L 5-6)

#5 ND 0-0 9IP 21K (perfect game again and get pulled out for the 10th which we lose in, 0-1)

#6 W 1-0 8IP 16k (finally win #20)

So in 6 starts the Jays gave me 1, yes 1 run. Yet they were able to score 8 in OT.

My 21st win came on my next outing where the Jays tried to make up for the crap run suppthey gave me all year by helping me in my worst start (only non quality start of the year) 5 2/3IP 3K I allowed 4R 2D 1H and we win 14-6.

Last game of the season I pitch another great game although I did walk 6 but I also struck out 15. I still got the ND though going 8 innings and left for BJ again with a 1-0 lead. He gives up B2B homers and there goes Win #22.

In the off season Daryl (I think thats his name) gets me a $1,420,000 1 year contract a raise of 219%.

I can't wait for free agency to get off this anemic run support team.

Well, I have the waitress on steady and have tried to get to propse to her, but I guess I have to wait till the next season now.

I am also $399k in debt because of the stupid give money to charity thing I signed up for in the beginning.

Well, I know this isn't of much interest but hey, I felt like writing.

nice. It seems like there is a curse for a perfect game, 20 wins, or something like that.

yeah, and just so you know, all the teams are horrid at run producing. A ton of sluggers will strike out and a ton of contact hitters will groundout.
