In my 3rd year I got 30,000,000 X 1 year.

In my 3rd year I played much better than the 2nd year and I got 30,000,000 X 1 year for the 4th season.

I tried with all 5 agents (both at 5 stars) and they come up with the same offer ?

Yep. 30 million is the max.

Yeah thats the highest and the only thing that will change when you become a free agent is the amount of years on your contract. Instead of 1 year contracts you can get 3+ years.
