u think being friends with any of the players affects their gameplay? cuhz im on the redsox and Lugo (my shortstop) had lunch with my guy once, but arent really friends. Now he CONSTANTLY screws me. i had a 3-0 record, and then he catches a easy grounder and just sits there, he coulda EASILY got the 1B force out, but he aint even try. then he does a weird error where he doesnt catch it.. gets the ! over his head, and just circles the ball frantically. then does a fielders choice error to give the other team a 1-0 lead giving me the loss.

any of u guys get this sort of thing? do u think i gotta take him to lunch or somethin stupid like that

What level did you put the CPU Fielding on, that might make a difference.

The computer AI is weird at the best of times. I suggest manually fielding if you dont want to see bad plays in bad situations.

I dont think the friend level has anything to do with in game performance.

You can manually field? I don't remember seeing that option.

Yea, if that were the case, very few people would be losing, if they even lost. LOL!

But it might help to take him out to lunch. I doubt it will, but you could try.

yeh, ive been taking that lazy loser out to lunch to get him to two stars, he still occassionally messes up. maybe it was just the computer trying to hand me my first loss =/

Yea, they've done that to me quite a few times. I usually pitche shut-outs until I;m tired, or we win, so that's why I'm trying to rolla Genius character so I can single, handedly win everytime I play in Life mode.

Doh... didn't notice we were talking about My Life mode (bad forum-fu). Yeah then youre kinda stuck with the bad play of the AI.

im a red sox fan but i honestly think he's the WEAKEST LINK ON THE TEAM!!!!
