What is the best, grouping, for lack of a better word, for your pitcher to have? Power pitcher, Workhorse, Junk ball pitcher, or the one with amazing control?

depends on the kind of pitcher you want. A power pitcher will have fastball strengths, etc.

Well, what advantage will help most in the long run?

If it's starting pitcher I'd go with workhorse. The more stamina you have, the more you can pitch and the more you can pitch, the more you can improve.
