I'm in May of my first year and I haven't seen that thing in the store that reduces fatigue. How do you get it to appear? My fatigue bar is almost halfway full. :x

the stores usually restock when you change cities.

It's not change cities, it's payday. Every 25th, the store changes. Just s/l on the 24th to get the herbal medicine. You can only buy 5 per payday, and they don't reduce it a whole lot. You also need to get them ASAP, because fatigue messes you up if you don't keep it under control. If you only have about a 6th of vitality, rest or use a powerin or see Nicole or something to increase vitality.

The trainer also helps reduce fatigue but you might not have him yet.

As do various low frequency devices and sleep capsules and such that you can buy from the shop if you can afford them.

As a pitcher I never seem to get fatigue, but then again I'm a setup/closer guy so I pitch 2-3 innings max.

My 3B just made a point never to start a game with less than 1/4 bar of vitality, and make good use of the powerins (just not too many... I've made him sick with too many "suppliments").

He only reduces fatigue? Okay, that's why nothing seemed to happen other than becoming better firends with him. Thanks, now i won't have to s/l on teh 24th to get herbal medicine to reduce fatigue!

Ya, go ask for a massage (still costs like 500 bucks i think) but you feel much better. Also, you can purchase a "special" item that improves vitality and reduces fatigue when resting. The more expensive ones do better, but you don't see the price tag until you buy it. Usually 10k and up.
