Who have you guys seen hanging around way too many years, with their skills in severe decline?

I'm in 2015 and played a series against the White Sox. In a couple of the games, 52 year old Randy Johnson came out of the bullpen in relief -lol- His fastball topped out at 81, his SLD was 69, and checking his stats it showed he'd been in the league for 28 years and had E STAM and G CTRL.

In 2014 during an interleague series I was shocked to find Frank Thomas playing 1B for the Phillies, and Tom Gordon still going as a reliever. Thomas had a G (3) CON, D PWR, and F RUN SPD. Gordon still had a 94MPH 4SFB in his 26th year, but F STAM. Pretty funny.

In 2015 I've also run into Ken Griffey Jr. playing CF for Oakland, Vlad Guerrero still playing RF for the Angels, Tim Wakefield still lobbing knucklers for Boston, and probably a few other old timers I'm not thinking of at the moment.

 That's funny, I never thought to look at that stuff, I guess some people will never let the game go.

Unless you start at 40 or older, you can't. It's 20 years or age 60, whichever comes first.

Andruw Jones hung it up around 2013 in my game, and Livan Hernandez went after 2014 when the Rangers cut him during the season and he couldn't land a job with anyone else -lol- Rivera hung it up after the 2016 season.

I'm in 2017 now, Todd and Chipper Jones from your list are still going on my game too. So is Griffey. I found the winner though - Tom Glavine is pitching for Boston, he's in his 30th year in the majors!
