Has anyone had an all-rounder be capped on any stat?

Ya, I started out with last level of C contact, B power and D speed and i'm at the first level of A contact, B power and B speed. Doesn't seem to have a cap even though it said bat speed is maxed out.

Actually gaining power really quickly during practice and spring training.

It said my run speed is maxed out too but didn't cap for a while.

actually my char has 205 power and i got a message that says my power is maxed out. i probably got it long ago but i rarely check the rumor tab.

i checked this thread and thought his power wouldnt increase anymore so i discarded all my power boosting practice items.... only to find out it is still increasing!! it is now at 206....

I think it says its maxxed out if its an A, but you can still increase it, It has to say that skill capped, or peaked, or something like that.

There may be a difference then between "maxed" and "peaked." Both my bat control and speed "peaked" and will not go any higher than their current grade (D-9 for CON, B-13 for RUN SPD). Maybe abilities on a larger scale like PWR are affected in a different way? Like if it says your power is "maxed" after you reach level B, you can still increase through B but you'll "peak" at the end of the B scale and won't advance to A?

There definitely is a difference. It said I had maxed out power right away(192 power, success mode guy). But, I did up it to 193, but I don't even try to upgrade it because I try to get my contact(now 8) speed, arm strength, and fielding abilities up.

How old are your players when you are hearing rumors that you have peaked or maxed?

I can clarify this since my player started with A speed. As soon as the game started it said my speed was maxed. But it kept increasing until about halfway through 15 speed in said it had peaked.

My guys bat control and power from success mode were peaked at the start.
