I put some color on the words just to highlite the negative and positive ones. Let me know if the colors are too bright and I'll try to change them.

Still looks like black to me. It needs to stand out somewhat.

Best weaknesses for pitchers are Short Temper (Hot Head, a red ability although useful) and Set Role Uncertainty, which just means nobody knows whether you're a starter or not.

I picked spinning fastball as a strength and got 2 seam fastball as well as sinking fastball. does anyone think that this has to do with it?

And also Good Control and Spin seems to get spin 4.
