I was playing a game yesterday, and there was a grounder hit to my 2nd Baseman, Orlando Hudson. It was close to 1st base, but Ryan Howard (I made a dream team) covered the bag, so Hudson had to sprint to get there. It was a close play, but Hudson picked up the ball, and made a backhanded glove flip to get the out. Without taking the ball out of his glove. I'd never seen that before, so I was wondering if anybody on here has? |

I've seen glove flips often between middle infielders, when the 2B or shortstop dives and needs to toss it to the other MI. |

No idea, but I doubt it. I use the default perspective when I play, so for all I know the catcher turns into A.J. Pierzynski before every pitch. |

I play behind pitcher, but I don't think an animation accompanies TT. |

It is a catcher ability. When he is catching, he decreases the batters hitting ability. |
