Guys,
I just picked up the game and played my first game last night using the Wii remote and nunchuk. Do you guys recommend picking up the Classic Controller? The game wasn't that difficult using the setup I did, but it seems like it could get annoying.
Thanks for your advice.

I definitely prefer it, but I use it for all games requiring 'standard' controllers like the new Mega Man 9 game or Smash Bros

And side note:(darkshade) how is mega man 9?

I like the classic, because it feels good in my hand. It doesn't feel like it's overdone on anything, While the GC controller is so awkward.

I use the classic controller. I like it because I think I have an advantage being left handed using my stronger hand to control the cursor on the classic controller.

I prefer the game cube one. The overall fell is unmatched with the analog stick. Though i've never used the classic controller yet.

Once you get a hang of batting with the analog stick, i like the wiimote and nunchuk.
Otherwise it doesn't feel like a wii game.

I've been using a Wavebird. The GC controller always felt great in my hands and being wireless it's perfect.

I know the last post was a while ago, but i'm not really bumping it because there aren't that many topics here. I only own the nunchuck currently, but i was thinking about getting a classic to compare with for x-mas, since it's only about $20. Is there any way that AirHej could set up a poll? that is, if he is even around. If not, could i set up my own? i was jsut wondering.

Heh. Its the off-season. We need a few more topics to discuss anyways. Go for it and make a new poll if you want. I personally prefer the Wii Remote/nunchuck combo because like others have said, it just feels more like Im playing the Wii that way. I find its kind of nice to have both hands independently mobile with the nunchuck, so I dont get fatigued as much from holding one remote in a static position for hours.

I like the 360, but I don't own one, so I've substituted my GC controller. I'm (hopefully) getting a wireless GC controller if I can find one.

i'm just going to throw this out there, but many people just try out one thing and just stick with it, they can't judge accurately because they haven't used any other methods. but i don't have a classic controller, so that's another thing...
