This is my first post, and this site is sweet, by far my favorite baseball game ever. Anyways, I was just wondering, how to climb the fence, with the Classic Controller. My fielder kept on faceplanting into the wall lol. I climbed it once, but I was just pressing buttons. Thanks. |

I only know it's 1 and 2 on the wii mote. Those 2 buttons are only used for that purpose as far as I know. Is there an equivalent on the classic controller? |

If you look at the controller style option during gameplay, they have diagrams for the GC, classic, and wiimote+nunchuck in both A and B modes. |

Don't you need Spider Catch to climb the wall? |

Yes, but if you just want to jump with your back to the wall that doesn't require any abilities. |

It resets all fielders that may have been shifted. Maybe it helps with breaking balls/control. |

Not Wii related (I know, off-topic for this forum), but I think it was on japanesebaseball.com that I read that on the PS2 you can press a button if the third out is made at first base where the first baseman will turn and flip the ball to the umpire. I haven't been able to find the equivalent on the Wii yet. |

That reminds me. I enjoy, after fielding a ball near first base, but not too close. The first baseman will flip it up, and then go to catch it for the force, while flopping/diving to do so. Sometimes, he misses and gets charged for the error. If too close, he'll just step on the bag. I also love when the player seems to just flop onto home plate when scoring on a somewhat close play. |

If you are relatively deep in the outfield when you make a catch for the third out and immediately throw the ball to a baseman (even though they are walking to the dugout at that time) and you are at homefield, you'll toss the ball into the stands for a lucky fan |

When I do that, it goes right at the head of the of the baserunner standing there. |
