Could call it WMD? I could think of numerous bad abilities to give him. I would give him a good curve since he could throw in a literal sense a good "curve ball" |

I'm not certain you can acquire this in success, but perhaps the Lucky ability since he won the 2000 election without winning the national popular vote? Very possible, with the electoral college and all, but I think it fits |
