I feel like giving whoever is generous enough to do a request for me as much freedom as possible with it.

I want all the stats to be B or C, with at least 2 Bs, you can make them all Bs if you want.
The only abilities I absolutely need are trash talk and great catcher, any others you can get or avoid at your leisure.

Handedness can be R/R, or anything else you want.
Batting stance, open 06, as with anything else, you can pick something else if you want.
Birth Date: Latest year possible, month and day doesn't matter.

Appearance, as long as it's fairly normal, I don't really care too much, but if you feel like following a strict template, I will provide one:
Face: Type 002
Skin: Color 001 (I would prefer you stick to this, even if you don't heed any of the rest of the template)
Thin Eyebrows
Hair: Type 008, color 011
Facial hair off
Eye Color 002
No accessories
Bat Type 002
Glove Type 002
No wristbands

Although I don't want to spoil anything, I will say if you have enjoyed reading any of my logs in the past it is in your best interest to do this player request for me.

Well, I finished, but throughout the entire Success Mode, the Jaw event was never triggered. So, I was unable to get Trash Talk. Abilities:

Arm Strength: B(12 or 13, I can't remember)
Fielding: B(13)
Error Resistance: B(13)

Should I start over to get Trash Talk? It'll take a few more days.

All right. I'm going to keep this player for myself, though. I had a succesful Goodjob surgery so this is one of the best players I've ever made. (I don't save/load often.)

For reference, apparently you can also get Surprise Bags from the Steak arc and dating Patty, if necessary.

Yeah, I started over today and got a surprise bag after the first job. I spent the next 45 minutes saving and reloading. I got 3 Secrets of Hitting, 3 Legends of Baseball, and a Secrets of Pitching. But no Secrets of Defense. Is it rarer than the other 3 or am I just really unlucky?

The one you're looking for is always the rarest one, that's how the game works.

Well, I just got back from a 4-day vacation/baseball tournament, so I'll pick up where I left off soon. Sorry this is taking so long.

Haha, sorry... I saved and reloaded for another 45ish minutes today and still... no Secrets of Defense. I have to leave for my baseball game soon so I'll get to work again afterwards.

Wow, that is pretty bad luck, I just wish we knew if there was a specific event for getting each type of the books.

Maybe I'll just try to do something to take my mind off of it. I'll finish Pikmin 2, and select and finish another game or two, then maybe finish what I was doing with my other Success mode player. If you haven't found one by then I'll start trying.
