I'm not going to be as picky with him as I was with getting the exact stats of my other players on the team.

It's up to you whether you want to go for intimidator or star, although you definitely should get one, and his name does have Star in it.

You can leave out breakup DP as we don't know how to get it, still...


Aside from that, he's pretty easy compared to most success mode pitchers, low power, average stamina and control, low top speed. Get a Gambler's Ring and you should be able to do it.

As for appearance, his picture's on that page, try to get as close to it as possible, I'm not picky with that as usually there aren't many good options, just try to get the right hair color, skin color doesn't matter as it matches your character.
