Hmm, why don't I give him a wack. I'll do my best to get the control and I can certainly get to 230, but 255 mightt be hard. If I get goodjob, then I can easily. 50 stamina is a breeze. Any rough ideas about looks? I'm probably going to use this guy as a set-up or middle reliever for myself.

An overhand one for pitching form.
Face#6 Color#1 Thick Eyebrows
Hair Type#2 Color#9
Facial Hair Type#7 Color#9
No accessories
Bat Type 1
Glove Type 6
R wristband 1
No L wristband

And I guess from my first post I forgot I was asking for intimidator so obviously you can't get gyroball. If it's too much trouble then you don't need to get either.

I think I can get initimidator, the only thing I might not get is maxed control. The pitches I can easily, the top speed I can get, the stamina I can easily get, and I can probably get all the abilities (I'd be suprised if I couldn't).

Cool. If I used him in any mode I'd probably be able to get his control maxed quickly enough anyway.

I always find control the slowest to improve, in My Life that is. I might not have him till monday, next week, is that fine? I can probably get him much quicker, but it will take a 3 or so hours for him and I don't have too much time. I'll do my best though (I'm also competing with certain others that live with me want to use the wii as well. Regretting telling them how great the game is and convincing them to try it, which of course they got upssessed with quickly). I'm guessing first and last name don't matter. I have to restart if they do. Same with pitcher's pose?

Names don't matter. What did you pick for pitching?
I don't have any my life slots left.
Also I'll use him as long as he's done before 09 comes out.

I'm going to reload and get better starting stats. I used a interesting combination type, a 3 quarters side arm I believe where the foot goes way in the air.

I know how longer windups give you higher speeds but don't pick one that's too long.

Very good, you right. I got battler already, 80 MPH fastball, level 2 slider, and a pitchers book. I also have Jaw already so I can get gamblers ring. I just kept and reloading for it so many times that I temporarily gave up (over 30 times!).

When I read that post I thought to myself: "Did I ask for a slider?".
Then I remembered I did, simply because he's based of of someone I was doing a player log for who started with a lvl 1 slider.

Well I hope your in the NL mate, because this guy is a pretty damn good hitter. I reached and easily surpassed every goal but control. I'm sorry, but each control point cost around 15 technique and 15 mentality, meaning I'd gamble with about a 50-60% chance for only one every single turn. I spent almost the whole second year on control, but all I could get was 187 (A), and that was with a good job (6/7 good jobs!). He does however have every single ability but Gyroball (about 5 more then you asked for), which I believe more then compensates it. He can hit 104 easily and I hit 105 once (its very hard because his wind-up is barely long enough and you have to time it just right and be very fast with the a-button).
Here are his stats:
Pitching Skills:
Top Speed: 105
Control: A 187
Stamina:C 83 (courtesy of Goodjob from 53)
2-Seam Fastball: 3
Slider: 5
Changeup: 4
Original (sorry about this, couldn't avoid it and needed points) Slider Rise: 1
Fielding Skills:
Power: 30 G
Contact: 15 A Maxed!
Run Speed: E 7
Arm Strength: B 12
Fielding: 5 F
Error Resistance: D 8
Pitcher Abilities:
Everything but Gyroball
Batter Abilites:
None
Other:
Good Sense (Frank)
Closer
Good Morale
Laziness
(obviously Good Sense and Laziness doesn't matter).
The reason he has such high hitting stats and arm strength is because when I trained control, I would only need the mentality. I finished the game with about 100 extra technique points. There were no more abilities I needed and all the pitches but two (fork and curve ball) needed mentality points, so I couldn't gamble on anything but arm strength, contact, run speed, and power. Fielding took mentality too unfortunately, otherwise he'd have B/As in fielding. I ran out of speed points which I needed for Run Speed and Throwing arm, so I couldn't improve those anymore either. I know the lack of control is a disappointment, but its impossible to get it maxed without a few good jobs or with no other abilities/skills.
Edit: I got his password:

By the way, his number wasn't specified so I chose 747, going with the theme of bullet and speed.

Thanks. I think he would have been way better if I stopped his control at simply 180, getting those last 8 took about 8 turns. He would be my best if I stopped at C/D, improved stamina to d, used knuckleball instead of change up and a slurve or another pitch whose name I can't remember. He's still a great reliever, but he doesn't have the depth to be transformed into starter. He could be successful for 3 innings or so before the players compleatly figured him out.

Number wasn't specified? Maybe you didn't look hard enough
Doesn't really matter much though. That was his number in my life mode.
