This isn't really a request, I was just wondering if anyone is figuring out what codes stand for what abilities. If we could figure this out, we could just make maxed out players without doing anything.

What would be the fun in that?

Well I wouldn't do it, but it would be fun to know we can.

Truthfully, what's the fun in success mode? At least my opinion towards it, recently it's drove me away from this game reloading for 4-5 hours of my day is a waste of time when I have other stuff to do. Now, if only they had a create a player option I would still be playing this game a lot. I just don't have the enegy/patience to do it anymore. Now, I know you like it and it's your opinion, but mine has changed a ton recently.

I always wished they had a create a player option, but they really want you to go through success mode to create a player for some reason.

It'll be hard to crack it since they constantly change.

I think it is a random code generator

Someone with Wii and someone with PS2 need to make identical players and compare codes.

It really wouldn't change anything, me and lucy is right it's a random code generator so it will be different each time you look at it. Also, the ps2 and wii pw won't be the same because the passwords are not compatible and if they were the same every password would work for ps2 and wii no matter which system it was made on.

Someone should make identical players on one console.
The passwords can't be random, because how else would the other consoles know all the information.

He means compare the differences to be bale to generate a Wii code for a ps2 character, and visa versa.

edit-They could be random numbers that based on the player, maybe fav team, age, pos, etc, are placed in different positions in the code that have no meaning to the actual character.

Well the Wii and PS2 thing isn't for figuring out what codes represent what, that would be for figuring out how to use Wii and PS2 codes on each system.

How can it be a random code generator? It's not a wifi thing, each figure or set of figures represents SOMETHING, and we need to figure out what.

We've already discussed this.

First the PS2 and Wii use different character sets, probably due to the method they must store the data in the memory blocks.

2nd, every password has a static section and a "timestamp-ed" section that changes every time the password is loaded and displayed. This section apparently contains enough vital information (or a checksum) that changing parts of this section break the password completely.

Doing the same character on the two consoles will require more than the same character outcome. They would require the same actions taken each and every week, down to the ABs, innings pitched and game score/outcome. (otherwise one's accumulated more exp in an ability than the other).

Most likely, the code is like a computer save file. You may be looking at it in ASCII form, but the information is in binary, and isn't blocked out in 8/16-bit blocks. We would have to "decompress" the characters, and analyze the bits individually (like there's the 170 for the power there... 7 for contact... there is the name...). Even then, we'd have to hope that the garbage in between isn't just garbage...

Too much work... rather spend it hacking a router for free internet at your favorite cafe or something...

Wow that was complex..... But right now we can use each others passwords and I'm content with that.

i've had many times where i've taken codes from the internet and they change when I make them, so...
