I have a success mode guide that has a good system of how to do the Lucy Arc. Here's what it says, if you want intimidator for pitchers:

-Win the 2 playable games against the Wild Jokers.
-Visit the Vicinage for dates. (Park is best after a great game, where Lucy calls you a hero and boosts her likeability. Unlike Patty, you can visit the Park any time.)
-When Lucy's likeability reaches a certain point, you are given the opportunity to fess up. If successful, she will become your special friend.
-After that, seal the deal with the following dates:
--December, Wk 3: Have a gift in your inventory and go to the Vicinage. Lucy is buying a gift - a shirt - for you. Trade gifts for a huge likeability boost.
--Visit Lucy during Year 2 after a great game to get another big boost.
-80% likeability is all you need to get Intimidator at the conclusion of Success Mode.

Thoughts: I have him at 96/147/40, sifb 4, sld 4, Dr. K, Groundball P, Recovery 4 Robhallett had him at 97/153/40, sifb 4, sld 5, chg 1, w/RISP 4, Groundball P, Dr. K, Release 4 I already started on him and gave him Sidearm 6 so hopefully that's good with everyone

You'll get Intimidator too by doing the Lucy Arc though.

If you fulfil the Lucy arc but don't give her a Xmas gift. But keep dating her and you'll only get Dr K
