Ok, Burns is next, here's my thoughts.

TRJ - 2
CON - D(8)-D(9)
PWR - F(55)-E(85) (If we're being generous with power)
RSPD - B(12)-B(13) I'd probably suggest 13
ASTR - E(6)-D(8)
FLD - C(10)
ERES- D(9)-C(11)

Abilities
GD IF HTR (Maybe GRT IF HTR) - He gets a massive amount of infield hits
Clutch 4 - 13/39 .333 w/RISP
Stealing 4? 16/19 SB

Anything else?

TRJ 2 (Never going to suggest anyone with 1 TRJ)

PWR 70-75
SPD 13
ARM 7-8

GD IF HTR - to anyone with over 10 SPD

Firstball Hitter

He is about the same speed as Billy Hamilton, who we gave 15 run speed, so I would probably go with 14 here

Ehhhhh no. This guy's not as fast as Billy Hamilton. 13 speed is enough

I've seen him play in person a couple times and I definitely think he should have 14 speed and GRT infield hitter.

I would give him 13 at the most, 14 would be for guys like Dee Gordon or billy Hamilton. You don't really want to make players that aren't at the same level than others, but still giving them the same rating, despite playing fewer games

Well, we gave Gordon and Hamilton 15 speed, so maybe we can give Burns 14 Speed.

Yeah, you're right. We will need to weigh whether to give burns a 13 or 14.

I say Burns should get 14 speed. His minor league SB track record alone (74 SBs total in 2013, 54 total in 2014) should make that decision easily.
