It looks good what you have already, I wouldn't go for 8 contact though. I don't think he is that good yet. And yes, base running and stealing 4 are good fits!

Can play all OF (LF - 118 / RF - 99)
Well-regarded with the glove
Similar to Gregor Blanco or Juan Lagares (?)
good BB/K ratio in minors
Not a pop guy, more of table setter
Leadoff hitter over 58 times last season
Rated strongest arm in ARI system in 2013
maybe a new Gerardo Parra?

Power 77
Speed 12
Arm Strength 10
Fielding 10
Error Resistance - This is what I got for each position CF:4 LF:8 RF:3. Not very good in this area. The averages of those is 5. So yeah I wouldn't give him an "E" here

Clutch 2
Firstball Hitter
Tough Out
Good Infield Hitter
Stealing 4
Base Running 4
