My thoughts:

Top Speed 103 - He's been clocked at 102.9
Control 125
Stamina 140

2 Seam Fastball 1
Cutter 3
Knuckle Curveball 4
Changeup 2

W/RISP 4 – Yes, 75.5% career Strand Rate
Vs Lefty 4 – Yes, lefties hit worse in his career
Recovery 4 - Yes
Hot Head – I think he should have this

Poise 4 - No
Fastball Life 4 – No, .239 BA against it
Release 4 – SB attempts 1 for 2, too small of a sample size, so no
Groundball Pitcher - No
Dr. K - No

Spin 4 – I'm not so much for this ability. 2/3 of his non-4 seam pitches have sub .200 BA’s against them (Cutter and Curve). But since a cutter is considered a different form of a fastball, then that means only 1 of his off-speed pitches has a sub .230 BA against it. I also don't want to over power him

I would also consider Gd Pace as well, he has times that are below the average time between pitches for pitchers
