My thoughts:

Top Speed 98
Control 80 – I don’t like it that it’s this low, but that’s what his BB/9 gives him
Stamina 140

2 Seam Fastball 1
Knuckle Curveball 4
Changeup 3

Once again, I’ve run into a slight problem (similar to Cobb’s). Wikipedia and brooksbaseball.net say he throws a curve. But fangraphs says he throws a slider

W/RISP 4 – Yes, career 76.1 strand rate
Spin 4 – Yes, curve and changeup both have sub .213 BA’s against them
Release 2 – Yes, Base Runner were 7 for 7 in 2013, 19 for 25 in 2014 (81% SB success)
Recovery 4 - Yes
Fat Pitch – Yes, 38.7 career GB%
Dr. K – I would say yes here, career 8.8 K/9. Anyone else agree?

Vs Lefty 4 – Actually, no. lefties hit better
Poise 4 – I’m not all for this. Might make him too over powered
Fastball Life 4 – No, .234 career BA against it

Not all for Lucky as well. only that 1 season, so I don't want to come to quick conclusions

I think I used a slurve and gave it a level 4 or 5 I would need to check. The rest of the abilities I did with Dr K and fat pitch

If you don't like control that low, then why not bump it up 10-15 points and add Walk?

Rob: I could switch it to a slurve if that works best

Letsgomets: Walk will "ruin" a pitcher, and what I mean by i don't like it is that good pitchers never seem to have their control that low. but I guess it is what it is

I gave him a SLV and a CCHG a few years ago

Yeah, but he's a great pitcher. Now he's gonna suck cock...

Honestly, it doesn't seem like control hurts pitchers much in MLBPP. As long as you're a pitcher who can throw 90, and have some nice breaking balls, you're gonna succeed in PP, for the most part.

What do you want him to do? Moore walks more batters than pretty much any other starter

Moore's not a great pitcher. Not even the best on the Rays. 80 CTRL is better than having Walk according to everyone else on the forums...

Having used walk quite a bit for some pitchers I do, it depends on the abilities that go with walk. One pitcher I had had fat pitch, walk and fastball life 2 and his ERA was 8.44 but the walk rate only sat at 5.44 (rough calculation) which I had hoped for a walk rate of 6-7 (his control 84). But one pitcher I gave Dr K to, Fastball life 4, W/RISP 2, Release 2, Battler and had a KNCB 5 and CHG 2 had an ERA of 4.56 on average which is exactly what I wanted, but his walk rate was 4.1 and not 5.8 as I hoped, (his control was 100). I agree walk is powerful, but it can be balanced I think by other abilities.
