My thoughts:

Top Speed 98
Control 135
Stamina 150

2 Seam Fastball 1
Slider 3
Cutter 2
Curveball 5-6?

Poise 4 – I say yes for this, had a 2.61 ERA last season. He's needs an ability to lower his ERA
Spin 4 – I'd give this to him. His slider has a .198 BA against, his curve is at .121 (2/3 of his off-speed pitches)
Recovery 4 - Yes
Groundball Pitcher – Yes, career GB rate is 52.5%

W/RISP 4 – No, career strand rate is 70.6%
Vs Lefty 4 – No
Fastball Life 4 – No, career .253 BA against it
Release 4 – No, not outstandingly good. base runners are 29 for 40 with SB attempts in his career (72.5% SB success)
Dr. K – No, 7.3 career K/9

I Might Increase His Control/Stamina By 5 Each But I Haven't Watched His Matches Much.
