He'll need GB Pitcher (61.5% rate)
I'd recommend higher stam. because he's started 105 of 122 games in the minors

Recovery 4 is a must have for ALL pitchers. Other than that and maybe Groundball P, I'm not seeing much of anything that warrants any special abilities.

Agree with phillies, he needs higher stamina - at least a high C (100-110) if not a B - since he's been a starter in the minors

Pitch-wise: the SNK and H-SNK don't actually exist in real life. A sinker is best replicated using either a SIFB or 2SFB depending on the specific movement of the pitch - in Buchanan's case, I think a level 1 2SFB would do the trick.

In addition, his slider has quite a bit of drop to it, so a V-SLD (level 2) would work best in my opinion. I would also give him a CHG and a CB, both level 2.

I agree with all these abilities.
For his name, I would go with J.Buchanan, considering there is another Buchanan in the bigs for the phillies.
