My thoughts:

Top Speed 95
Control 155-190
Stamina 145

2 Seam Fastball 1
Slider 2-3
Curveball 2
Changeup 3

W/RISP 4 – I say yes, strand rate 75.2%
Spin 4 - This seems to work. 2 out of 3 of his off-speed pitches have a sub .220 BA against them. changeup -.220 and slider - .218
Recovery 4 – Yeah

Vs Lefty 4 – No, lefties hit .029 points higher
Fastball Life 4 - No, .267 BA against it
Release 4 – No, not big enough of a sample size (3 for 6 on SB’s against him)
Groundball Pitcher - No
Dr. K – No, career 7.7 K/9

Poise 4 – Ehhhh, he never was an all-star, but his career ERA is 3.15, which is actually pretty good. League average ERA sits between 4.00-4.40. What do you guys think?

Lucky could also be in consideration. 14 wins in 30 games in 2013. 14 wins in 26 games in 2014. I'm more towards yes on this

Now that I look at his highlights, I can definitely agree with a slow curve.

As for Battler, I wasn't able to find anything that warrants this.

He averages 2.0 BB/9, according to the scale that should be at 190. No clue if I'll reach that, but I will try to get an A in control.

Fastball life 2, I was going to give it to players with BA's upwards of .280 against their fastballs. I give FB life 4 to players with sub .230, so that's .030 points below the league average BA. If we add .030 to the average then we get .280, that's how I think of it.

If we give him Lucky and Good Pace, then I'll just stick with W/RISP 4. I don't know if he'll become too overpowered if I include Poise 4.

You can even go as low as 130-135 in stamina. He gets fatigued early in games usually.

He averages about 6.1 innings per start. Yeah he doesn't pitch for that long, but on the scale it's about 145
