My thoughts:

Top Speed 94 MPH
Control 80-95 (tons of walks)
Stamina 90-105 (averages about 5 IP/start, 3 career CG all in AA)

Curveball 3-4
Changeup 1-2?
Cutter 1?

GD Low Pitch (57.3 GB%, and he's been throwing a lot of low fastballs for strikes)
Recovery 4
VS LH Batter 4?
Fastball Life 4? (4SFB has good late run to it)

Feel free to chip in with opinions. I'll try to get him done tomorrow.

My opinions:

Control 100-105 (With Walk, if no Walk, then what you had)
Stamina 105-115 (Will get better as he progresses)

Curveball 3-4
Changeup 1-2
Cutter 1

(I'm not sure with pitches, just going with what you had)

Fastball Life 4
Walk - Take this into consideration. Seriously.

His cutter/slider I would give a grading of 2 as scouting reports rated it as average. In the minors there was no split significance so I don't know if vs LH hitter 4 is warranted. I gave mine fastball life 4 and and release 2 as in the minors he did not prevent stolen bases well.
