Maybe consider CF as a secondary?

Power 114 - I don't see him having C here

Fielding - I was going to say 7 here, but splitting the difference would be at 8
Error Resistance 8 - yeah he's average for a RF
Vs Lefty 4 - looks good
I'm going to start giving Timely Whiff to players with a K% over 23%. He's at 22.5, if you round it up then Yes he should have this.

I'm not 100% with giving him firstball hitter because his career first pitch BA is .361, while his career BA is .280. only a .081 point difference; I normally give it to players with a .09 point difference. But it shouldn't hurt to give it to him

Yeah, I remember him throwing out Coco Crisp in the 2012 ALDS, so the arm rating should be decently high, IMO. 10-11 sounds about right.
