I think we all know that this guy is just as injury prone as Tulo. Alloutwar said he'll try to finish his Cecil when he gets the chance; so I won't be making him for the time being.
But here's what I got:

Played LF for most of his career, he played 17 games in RF last year and 34 in 2011. Never played RF in 2012-2013. And his last season as a CF was in 2011, so I'll leave that out.

LF -> primary .... RF -> Secondary

Trajectory 3
Contact 8-9
Power 160-170
Speed 10-11
Arm Strength 12
Fielding 10-11
Error Resistance 12

Firstball Hitter - Yes, hit over .360 in last 3 seasons on first pitch
Pull Hitter - ?? I say 75% yes, Looks like most of his home runs flew over the right field wall (chart on the left) http://www.fangraphs.com/spraycharts.aspx?playerid=7287&position=OF&type=battedball&pid2=7287&ss1=2013&se1=2014&ss2=2013&se2=2014&cht1=hittype&cht2=battedball&vs1=ALL&vs2=ALL
Power Hitter - I dropped his Power from 180 to 170 if we're sticking with this
Gold Glover - Won 3 GG awards
Timely Whiff - Last two seasons he's been whiffing a lot. 27.1 K% in 2013, 24.9% in 2014
Hot Hitter - Dropped his Contact from 10 to 9 if we're using this
Stealing 4 - 20 for 25 in 2011 and 2012, 21 for 24 in 2013, and 3 for 3 in 2014
Good Infield Hitter - I usually give hitters with C or higher in Speed this ability
Table Setter - He hit .315 or higher in 2012 and 2013 without anyone on base

Not certain on Cannon Arm, or throwing 4

I feel like there might be an ability or 2 that I'm missing

I think leaving Clutch and Vs Lefty each at 3 is fine. Doesn't seem like he has a consistent pattern of dominance in each of these categories

any my $0.02, of course :)

I get LF as a main position, but he's played 200 games as CF, for second most in his career...and he's done well there sabr-stats wise. I would argue that LF/CF/RF should be best.

I like TRJ 3
career BA .294, CON 9-10 as a start, subtracting points for blues
PWR lands around 160-166 for me (HR % 4.4%, ISO .226) before subtracing for blues
SPD 10-11 works great
ARM 10-12 somewhere works, he's rated by some as a top 5 in the game, but he's no Ankiel throwing to home either...12 should do.
FLD 10 works, he's overall positive but has some negative stats out there...
E RES 12 works, he's a few points above avg at all positions

good blues:
gold glover makes sense since he wins it, sure
I dont see cannon arm....throwing 4 Id be more okay with since he's accurate, i'd reserve Cannon for those guys that can throw home without a bounce
I don't see him as 'power hitter'. he's never even hit 40 like Adam Dunn, he's topped 26 just once, and half his games are in Colorado anyhoo...I'd leave it with power 165 honestly. That's not even taking into account Denver!
stealing 4 - 81% career success rate, so...I guess 75% is the baseline expectation so i could see this.
Firstball hitter is fine.
If you do both firstball AND hot hitter, you might want to do contact 8 to offset.
Gd IF Hitter is fine, he did lead the league in hits one year after all

red/other:
Pull Hitter i'm okay with, almost all his grounders are to the right side, and most of his homers.
vs Lefty 2 would be great if possible since he's a bit worse against them, but unattainable so meh
timely whiff - only 22.something% for his career, so no, but I see the last few seasons were worse
Durability 2!! Dude can't stay on the field

Thats all i can think of for his weaknesses, really.

Contact should be a D, his numbers are greatly inflated by the Coors effect. Power should be low B with no power hitter, also due to playing in Coors.

Some guys, like Tulo and Car-Go, are actually good hitters outside of Coors. His contact should be 9 and Power Mid-High B IMO.

Carlos Gonzalez, road games, career:

1517 PA, .258/.314/.437, 54 HR, 162 RBI, 74 OPS+

Sorry for anecdotal evidence, but that's...meh.

I honestly don't really see him as a CF if he stopped playing there, but hey that's just me
LF/RF

Trajectory 3
Contact 9
Power 160-166
Speed 10-11
Arm Strength 12
Fielding 10
Error Resistance 12

Firstball Hitter
Pull Hitter
Gold Glover
Hot Hitter
Stealing 4
Good Infield Hitter
DURABILITY 2

EDIT: Removing Table Setter and making Contact 9

LF/RF

Trajectory 3
Contact 8
Power 160-166
Speed 10-11
Arm Strength 12
Fielding 10
Error Resistance 12

Firstball Hitter
Pull Hitter
Gold Glover
Hot Hitter
Stealing 4
Good Infield Hitter
Table Setter
DURABILITY 2

Since I'm giving him table setter as well, I'll drop the contact down to a 8
Sounds good! I'm just editing him in but want to see how he comes out.

I'm confident with Durability 2 this time. When I tried getting it for Mejia, my attempts were after a successful Goodjob procedure, so maybe that grants immunity to Durability 2. But I think I'll have to get Goodjob afterwards in order to catch up with being set back twice.

Just did some research on this. There's a possibility that my Durability could increase if I get a successful Goodjob procedure. So this so going to be interesting......

So I was FINALLY able to get Durability 2. I guess the reason why I couldn't get it with Mejia was because the successful Goodjob procedure made him immune to said ability. I had everything in the D-range when I was promoted to AAA. I thought I wasn't going to make it, but here he is!
