Almost finished with Josmil Pinto, have to play the final Sittch game. I'm planning ahead for my next Success Character, another Twins player, Aaron Hicks. He had a great Spring Training in 2013 and made the club, regarded as one of the top prospects in baseball at the time. Since, however, he's been a big disappointment, nothing what the Twins thought he would be. But he's still in Minnesota, so he must be made. Here's what ED44 had in 2011: Quote: Aaron Hicks 22 MIN > > 2 3 68 9 > > > > OF > > > > > > > > > > > > Patient_HTR Gd_Eye robhallett in 2013:Quote: Trj 2 And MLB_Twins for the 2015 Roster Update:Contact 6 Power 118 Run speed 12 Arm 14 Fielding 10 Eres 7 Vs lefty 4 Timely whiff Throwing 4 Spider catch Star Pt Hitter Agg Steal Quote: Aaron Hicks, CF, S/R, 25 yrs, Trj 2, Con 4, Pwr 116, Arm 10, Fld 10, ERes 10, Spd 10, VsLefty4 So here's what I'm thinking:Contact: 5-6 Power: 115-120 Speed: 10-12 Fielding: 10 Arm: 9-10 (14 is a bit TOO MUCH) E-Res: 6-7 Specials: Vs_Lefty 4 is good Patient Hitter (Any other way to get than through the Patty Arc?) Any others? |

I have to be honest: I hate this guy. I honestly have no idea why we're starting him in center. I'd keep Santana out there (He learned the position well over the 2014 season), and put Escobar at shortstop. Better than having Hicks anywhere on the field. The ratings look good though. It wouldn't hurt to even go a point lower on the contact (.192 is just plain unacceptable) if it will help to get the fielding and running stats you're looking for. Good luck with this! |

Maybe even 4. Your problem is just like the Mets with Chris Young last season, I had no clue why they even signed him in the first place, then he stunk up the joint. BUT THEY STILL PLAYED HIM EVERY DAY! Then they finally got rid of him, he went to the Yankees, and DID WELL! He is my absolute least favorite player in the history of Major League Baseball. EVER. And I know John Rocker, still remember Yadier Molina's home run in Game 7 of the 2006 NLCS, and watched Kenny Rogers walk home a run to send the Braves to World Series in 1999. WHY DO I STILL LOVE THIS TEAM?!?!?! The ratings look good though. Anybody the Twins give away does well. Carlos Gomez, David Ortiz, Francisco Liriano, etc. |

Let's take a look: One season with the Mets: 58 G, .232 BA, 2 HR, 12 RBI (Pretty bad) Best season with the Twins: 153 G, .258 BA, 7 HR, 59 RBI (Got some potential, eh? Let's get him out of here) Best season with the Brewers: 147 G, .284 BA, 24 HR, 73 RBI Some teams are just cursed. ![]() |

My thoughts: I only see him as a Center Fielder, Trajectory 2 Contact 4-5 Power 95-102 Speed 11 Fielding 9-10 Arm Strength 11 Error Resistance 9 Good Infield Hitter Timely Whiff - 24.9% K% last season, I say yes Throwing 4 I don't see VS Lefty 4 here because his BA isn't high enough, in my opinion. |

Done. Came out very nicely, ability and appearance wise. I think I'm going to do some Mets players next, but after that I don't know who to do. Any requests?
