Post subject:  Jedd Gyorko - 2B/3B Padres (Wii)
Next on my list in Padres infielder Jedd Gyorko. I saw him play when I went to San Diego last year, he's a slugging infielder with low contact (but not one of those true three outcome guys) and horrible fielding. Maybe the Padres can trade a replacement for him, they seem to be getting everyone under the sun :D . Here is what robhallett said:

I'm not going to get all those blue abilities, they'd make him a better player than he really is. One blue ability I'm thinking of is power hitter, but I'm probably not going to get it. His home run numbers are low, even though he has some pop. Any help is appreciated with him, thanks in advance!

Nearing the end of AA. Hopefully will be finished with him tommorow. Already got the two blue abilities I really wanted, Hot Hitter and Error Prone. I hit a walk-off homer against Jonathan and had a monster game against the Burgers with 5 RBI.

9 contact is far too high, 6 is more realistic. Fielding is right at average, so try to get an 8 or 9. Everything else looks good

I got contact to 7, thought that was accurate. Fielding 9 is a bit too high, believe me, maybe 7-8.

UZR has him exactly average after pos. adjustment

My opinion:

CON 5 (.226 career AVG versus righties), maybe 6 if you want to push it :)
PWR 125-135
SPD 6-8 anywhere
ARM 8-9
FLD 8-9
E RES 10-11

VS Lefty 4 (hits lefties .23 points higher)

Here he is. This may have been the best guy I've made (by Power, at least). I could've gotten to maybe even 200 power but had restrictions... He came out very accurate, hitting and fielding wise. I got all the blue/red abilities that I wanted. In addition to the abilities you see, he also has Error Prone and Gd Morale. Enjoy!
