Mike Aviles was quite a force when he first came up in '08 - missed out on ROTY voting, but was up there in average. He's been a utility guy or starting guy since then, and I just finished double-A with him, so let's get his abilities figured out. Here's stats from AgentP and aar0nat0r: Aar0nat0r: SS/2B/3B 2/8/116/9/7/8/11, throwing 4, gd bunt, table setter - KC Royals in '08 AgentP: 3/D/D/C/E/D/D with positions SS/2B/3B, specials GD Bunt and GD Pinch Hitter so what I have so far: SS only (3B/2B to come) TRJ 2 - done contact 8 (D) - done Power: 50s (long way to go, but steak arc starting) Speed: 7 arm: 7 fielding: 7 error resist: 7 Hot Hitter (unavoidable urgh) Good Bunt is easy to get I see videos of him with some pretty serious arm, so is 7 really enough? Or will throwing 4 be enough of a boost? I'll check his pinch hitter stats to see if he's really excelled there. |

I don't think Throwing 4 will help, I'd put the arm at around 8 or 9. If you get to C, it's a bit too high, IMO. |

Aviles is 8 for 31 lifetime as a pinch hitter...no homers, 4 RBI. I don't think I need to get good pinch hitter as a blue ability for him. |
