Been meaning to ask, how do passwords work? I'll assume you have to hooked up to the internet, use computer for that. |

go to data and password input, then type in the password. It will put the character into your game. |

Do you have to have the wii hooked up to the internet to do so? |

REALLY?!! I always just thought you had something to do with the internet. WOW...that just changed a few things. Technical question: How do the passwords work then? I know you key in all the gibbrish, but Joe made player X but how does my game know of that player. |

Passwords were just programmed into the game. I thought it was pretty cool too the first time I learned of this. |

basically, each part of the character itself makes up part of the password, and the game is able to read the password and create the player on your game. |
