I did contemplated giving him gd or grt IF HTR to illustrate his speed more and I decided not to, although he has hit well this year. |

Hamilton's home-to-first time is 6.3 seconds, a crazy time for a righty. For perspective, 6.3 is a pinnacle time for the fastest lefties (young Carl Crawford, young Ichiro, Dee Gordon, etc). They have two advantages over right-handed hitters: 1) lefties start closer to 1B; 2) the momentum of their swing carries them toward 1B. |
