The player I was making when I was going to record a Success Mode playthrough, but I got sick of how much my recording crap was screwing up and deleted that project altogether.

Did the SIFB work as a good pitch to use? I always get hammered when I use a sideways pitch.

Sideways pitches are good as long at they're fast and with a good amount of movement. Sliders are generally too slow that there's time to recognize it and adjust to where it would end up. The Sinking Fastball looks somewhat like a fastball and goes almost as fast, but when it's level 7 there's a huge sharp break at the end of it that they usually can't adjust to very well.
